Canelé Group
Canelé Group is a young company specializing in real estate management and investment. Launched a few years ago, it offers services in real estate management, architecture and design, and real estate investment. They are partners with many banks and have clients such as Burger King.
The need
Having no website yet, Canelé Group needed an online tool that was both institutional and functional, combining corporate presentation and real estate listings. The company's goal was to showcase its brand identity while allowing visitors to browse offers through an efficient search system.
The TimActive solution
This project was led by Mathieu, our UX designer: he designed and developed a custom website for Canelé Group from scratch. This site features both a polished corporate space and a bilingual real estate listings platform (French / English). It includes a search filter system, a newsletter sign-up, as well as static pages designed to highlight the company's expertise. The responsive design is based on Bootstrap 5, and the content structure on Joomla 5, enhanced by the Zoo component which allows flexible content management (CCK). Mathieu handled the entire template design, from mockup to integration.
