Create your own Special Thank-you scenarios
The scenario-based approach of the Module allows you to generate the right "thank-you" note to the right customer by creating your own algorithms based on:
Customer information (country, age, civil status, group...).
The information regarding order (the amount, product, product category).
The season (Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day...)
Examples:
Scenario for New Customers : generate a personalized thank you note using the "New Customer" template with a 10% discount coupon applicable to a second purchase.
Scenario for "Marketplace orders" : Use customer email and generate a thank-you note welcoming customers to your store using the "Clients Marketplace" template

A fully equipped template editor!
The editor will simplify your creations by allowing you to integrate texts, logos, images, and even QR Codes by simple "drag and drop".
Select a template among the many provided, and import the style you desire.
Drag and drop one of the many text variables (customer first name, last name, coupon code, address, etc.).
Upload your text polices (available on the Web), and use them on your variables or texts.
Use the desired paper format (A4, Letter, etc.).
Upload Images (JPEG, PNG) and cliparts (vector image in SVG format).

View the logs/history of the thank you
Delete
For faster management, you will also be able to print, delete, or mark as to process a selection of multiple acknowledgements.

Manage your scenarios
Once your model is selected and customized, create your scenarios. Choose under which conditions it will be applied from a wide range of criteria:
Period: to thank your customers differently depending on the period. (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, ...)
Product Category Order: to add a specific recommendation on a product category in your thank you note.
Order Amount: for a comparison condition (less than, more than, equal to) on a specified amount.
Number of orders: to determine for example :
→ if it is a loyal customer who regularly places orders.
→ If a customer has never placed an order (new customer)
Client group: to define a group of clients to whom the rule will apply. You will be able to interact differently with certain types of customers, such as professionals.
Country client: to offer free shipping to certain countries (and absorb your costs).
